Ingredients

  • 4 celery ribs (medium 8-in)
  • 4 tablespoons mixed berry whipped cream cheese
  • 24 dried, sweetened cranberries
  • 12 almonds, whole, dry roasted, unsalted

Preparation

  1. Trim the celery rib ends.
  2. Fill each celery rib with 1 tablespoon of whipped cream cheese.
  3. Cut each celery rib into 3 pieces.
  4. Top each piece with 1 almond and 2 dried cranberries.
  5. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Helpful hints

  • Place cream cheese in a plastic bag, snip the corner and pipe onto the celery log.
  • Use any flavor of whipped cream cheese.
  • Refrigerate leftover snacks for 2-3 days.
  • Double or triple the recipe for serving at parties and social events.
