Ingredients
- 4 celery ribs (medium 8-in)
- 4 tablespoons mixed berry whipped cream cheese
- 24 dried, sweetened cranberries
- 12 almonds, whole, dry roasted, unsalted
Preparation
- Trim the celery rib ends.
- Fill each celery rib with 1 tablespoon of whipped cream cheese.
- Cut each celery rib into 3 pieces.
- Top each piece with 1 almond and 2 dried cranberries.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Helpful hints
- Place cream cheese in a plastic bag, snip the corner and pipe onto the celery log.
- Use any flavor of whipped cream cheese.
- Refrigerate leftover snacks for 2-3 days.
