BACK TO RESULTS \\ Diet & Nutrition Recipes Deviled Eggs for Parties

Ingredients

  • 24 eggs
  • 1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

  1. Boil eggs for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Let eggs cool for approximately 1 hour.
  3. Slice eggs in half, lengthwise and scoop out the yolks.
  4. Combine the yolks, mayonnaise, mustard and pepper; mix well.
  5. Stuff yolk mixture into egg white halves and sprinkle with paprika.

Helpful hints

  • Use low-fat mayonnaise if you are watching your fat intake.
