Ingredients
- 24 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Preparation
- Boil eggs for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Let eggs cool for approximately 1 hour.
- Slice eggs in half, lengthwise and scoop out the yolks.
- Combine the yolks, mayonnaise, mustard and pepper; mix well.
- Stuff yolk mixture into egg white halves and sprinkle with paprika.

- Use low-fat mayonnaise if you are watching your fat intake.
