Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons canned pimento
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
Preparation
- Hard boil the eggs. Drain and cool.
- Peel the eggs, then cut lengthwise and remove yolk.
- Dice pimento and mix with yolk, dry mustard, mayonnaise and black pepper.
- Place mixture inside egg whites in equal parts.
- Sprinkle eggs with paprika.
