Ingredients

  • 3 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix spices together in a small jar or bowl.
  2. Store in a jar or covered container for up to 6 months.
  3. Use to season meat or vegetables for tacos, fajitas or burritos.

Helpful hints

  • Use as a dry rub, add to sour cream or Greek yogurt to make dip or season your favorite homemade salad dressing.
  • Adjust cayenne pepper to suit your taste.
