Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cold strong coffee
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1-2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender, and blend into a smooth slush.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.

Helpful hints

  • For variety omit chocolate syrup and use flavored sugar-free syrups, like the ones made by Torani®.
  • If desired, top with 1 tablespoon Reddi-Wip® Dairy whipped topping.
  • If desired use a low-calorie sweetener instead of sugar. This will save approximately 4 grams of carbohydrate.
