Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon stone ground mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake vigorously,then serve immediately.
  2. If dressing is prepared ahead of time,  shake well before serving.

Helpful hints

  • Drizzle on top of salad greens, or put in a small serving dish for dipping (to prevent overuse of dressing).
  • Store leftover dressing in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  • Compare brands and select the lowest sodium mustard.
