Ingredients
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon stone ground mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
- Put all ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake vigorously,then serve immediately.
- If dressing is prepared ahead of time, shake well before serving.
Helpful hints
- Drizzle on top of salad greens, or put in a small serving dish for dipping (to prevent overuse of dressing).
- Store leftover dressing in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- Compare brands and select the lowest sodium mustard.
