Ingredients
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 8 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 cup cilantro
Preparation
- Remove seeds from the jalapeno pepper.
- Place ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Store sauce in the refrigerator in a covered container for up to one week.
Helpful hints
- Substitute parsley instead of cilantro if preferred. Replace jalapeno with your choice of chile pepper.
- Adjust cumin and oregano to your taste.
