Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup peach jam
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Preparation

  1. In a small saucepan, heat ingredients over low heat for 5 minutes. Stir frequently.
  2. Serve hot sauce over meat or poultry.

Helpful hints

  • Add Tabasco® sauce for a spicy version.
  • Substitute apricot jam for peach jam.
