BACK TO RESULTS \\ Diet & Nutrition Recipes Shrimp-Stuffed Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs, hard boiled
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

  1. Cut cooked eggs in half lenght-wise. Carefully remove yolks and place in a bowl.
  2. Finely chop shrimp and add to mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice and pepper to egg yolks. Mix until ingredients are combined.
  3. Fill egg white halves with shrimp and yolk mixture.

Helpful hints

  • Choose from fresh, frozen or unsalted canned shrimp.
  • Chill eggs before serving. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
